Upcoming Provider Relations Mailbox Closure

Effective August 1, 2024, the Provider Relations email address providerreps@preferredone.com will no longer be supported or available to accept incoming emails. Emails sent to this inbox on or after August 1, 2024 will not be able to be responded to and providers will be directed to call our Customer Service line for additional assistance. PreferredOne Customer Service can be reached by calling 1-800-997-1750 or 763-847-4477.

Self-service options will also continue to be available. Please see the below bullets for appropriate contact points/websites to assist you.

  • If you are having issues logging into the PreferredOne provider portal, please visit the password reset website here.
  • If you are having trouble opening a secure email that you’ve received from PreferredOne, please visit our website here.
  • If you are following up regarding an appeal not related to timely filing, pricing, a missed prior authorization denial or a P60 denial code, please visit our website here to locate the appropriate department to outreach to for other appeal needs
