FORMULARY

A formulary is a list of brand and generic medications. PreferredOne offers several different formularies based on the PreferredOne product. PreferredOne's pharmacy benefit is administered through ClearScript. Below is a listing of PreferredOne's formularies. You can select from these formularies based on the PreferredOne product.
