Employee Choice and the Option to Save

SuperPlan features access to our broadest Minnesota networks (Complete or Horizon Networks), which include virtually every provider in the state. And access to the Connect network - the SuperTier - which includes providers that demonstrate efficient and exceptional care. When employees choose SuperTier providers, they are rewarded with lower deductibles and copays.

How it Works

PreferredOne's SuperPlan protects the freedom to choose and gives employees the choice to save money on their premiums. The monthly rate (single or family) for the SuperPlan is the same for all employees. Deductible and copyments are lower if employees seek care at SuperTier providers. Employees can move back and forth between networks.
