Complete Network

The Complete network is PreferredOne’s largest open access network with one of the most comprehensive  provider networks in Minnesota and the region. Mayo Clinic/Hospital (St. Mary’s and Methodist Campus) in Rochester, Minnesota is included in the network.

Horizon Network

The Horizon network gives you easy access to approximately 99% of clinics and hospitals throughout Minnesota.

Connect Network

The Connect Network includes: M Health Fairview, North Memorial Health, Hennepin Healthcare, University of Minnesota Hospitals, University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital, and other popular independent clinics throughout the metro area.

First Health Network (National Network)

The First Health network offers national coverage for employees and covered dependents who live, travel, or go to school outside of Minnesota. First Health is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aetna, Inc.
